Libraries set summer events

Summer events for the Mary E Seymour Memorial Free Library, located at 22 N. Main St., Stockton

June 16: Book Club, 3 p.m. Meets every third Friday of the month.

June 20: Family Night: Construction, 6 p.m. Part of the Summer Reading theme: Build a Better World.

July 7: St. Bonaventure Art Mobile, 1 p.m. Pre-register by calling 595-3323.

July 13 to Aug. 10: Summer Reading program for school age children to be held at the Stockton Town Park at 1 p.m.

July 21: Book Club, 3 p.m. Meets every third Friday of the month.

July 21: Family Night: Sense-ational, 5 p.m. Part of the Summer Reading theme: Build a Better World.

Aug. 4 to Aug. 11: Omnipresent Puppet Theater to present “The Three Little Pigs” at 2 p.m.

Aug. 12: Kindergarten Boot Camp, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Test your kindergartner’s school readiness skills with hands-on activities. Includes fine motor skills, and color and letter identification.

Aug. 18: Book Club, 3 p.m. Meets every third Friday of the month.

Aug. 22: Family Night: Music, 6 p.m. Part of the Summer Reading theme: Build a Better World.

Summer events for the Cassadaga Branch Library, located at 18 Maple Ave.

June 3: NERF War, 2 p.m. Bring NERF guns, ammo and a friend. Children under age 8 must be with a guardian. Free. Refreshments provided.

June 10: Antiques Appraisal, 1 to 4 p.m. Bring your items to be appraised by area experts. $5 per item, up to three items. Bring photos of larger pieces. This is a fund-raiser for the library.
