Dayton women arrested for sale, possession of controlled substance
DAYTON — Amanda S. Wisiorek, 40, of Dayton, was arrested Tuesday for fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred on June 22 when Wisiorek allegedly sold Adderall, a stimulant, to another person.
Wisiorek was arraigned in Dayton Court where she was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force is made up of members of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, the New York State Police, Salamanca City Police Department, Village of Gowanda Police Department and the Village of Franklinville Police Department.
