Two Pennsylvania men charged in county with DWI

Two Pennsylvania men were charged with driving while intoxicated by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office in a span of a little over six hours Saturday night and Sunday morning.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a vehicle that struck a tree in the town of French Creek at the intersection of Conway and Mann roads at 11:53 p.m. Sheriff’s deputies in the town of Westfield, also, allegedly found a vehicle in a ditch off of Sherman-Westfield Road at 6:01 a.m. Both incidents ended in DWI charges.

In French Creek, Anthony E. Keim, 63, of Edinboro, Pennsylvania, was charged with DWI, DWI per se, failure to stop at a stop sign and speed not reasonable.

For the Westfield accident, Chad M. Trojanowski, 28, of Sugar Grove, Pennsylvania, was charged with DWI, DWI per se, speed not reasonable and failure to keep right.

Both were released to appear in the respective town courts at a later date.
