In like a lion: March snow blankets region

Submitted Photo Residents on Otter Street, Dunkirk are heartbroken after the beautiful magnolia tree appears to be toppled from the heavy snow. At Christmas there were lights shining up the branches, glowing in red and green. The beauty of the tree was a show stopper when bloomed.
