Reed announces award for Chautauqua County Health Network

JAMESTOWN — Congressman Tom Reed announced that Chautauqua County Health Network (CCHN) has received the 2018 Champion Impact award from the Health Resources & Service Administration (HRSA). CCHN also received Honorable Mention for the Innovations in Health Care Delivery award.

“The model that CCHN has pioneered to provide health care results for people in rural communities is a valuable asset to our community, and I join in applauding them for receiving this award,” Reed said.

CCHN is a rural health network striving to improve the healthcare and wellness delivery system in the Chautauqua region and is focused on a target population of approximately 130,000 people in Western New York.

“We were thrilled to be able to accept this recognition on behalf of all of our hard-working clinical and community partners throughout the Chautauqua region. It proves that by working together, we can produce significant and meaningful benefits for our community, family, and friends,” said Ann Morse Abdella, CCHN Executive Director.
