Three charged in joint investigation of misuse of food stamps at Jamestown store

JAMESTOWN — A joint investigation by the United States Department of Agriculture, City of Jamestown Police Department, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and the Chautauqua County Department of Health and Human Services, of Fresh Cut Meats & More has resulted in three separate Jamestown residents being charged.

Marleen R. Hall, 49, was charged with misuse of SNAP/food stamp benefits from Jan. 6, 2015 through March 8, 2017.

Peter P. Golonka, 39, was charged for misusing SNAP/food stamp benefits from Dec. 1, 2016 through March 31, 2017.

Nicole J. Devlieger as charged for misusing SNAP/food stamp benefits from Oct.4, 2016 through March 31, 2017.

The misdemeanor-charged individuals are scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court at a later time.
