Jamestown man charged in child porn

JAMESTOWN — A city man has been charged with 10 counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child.

On Friday evening, State Police in Jamestown investigators announced the arrest of Matthew Robinson, 34. Troopers were advised of the case by the New York State Police Computer Crimes Unit. An investigation revealed that several of Robinson’s electronics contained videos of child pornography. Robinson was arrested May 19, processed at State Police at Jamestown and arraigned in the town of Ellicott Court.

Robinson was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to reappear in the town of Ellicott Court next month to answer the charges.
