Access Chautauqua programming Sept. 1-7
Defenders of Freedom will air at 12:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., featuring interviews of World War II veterans George Dimas, Joe Gerace, Ken Hechler and Warren Martin.
Chautauqua People, hosted by John Viehe, will be at 1:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.. The guest is Jane Becker, a certified master graduate executive coach and creator of the Riverside Child Development Center. Becker is a graduate of Kent State with additional graduate work in Indiana University and Case Western Reserve.
Chautauqua Sunrise, guest-hosted by Jeff Zook, will have guest Devon Taylor, historian for the village of Mayville and town of Chautauqua. The program airs live at 9 a.m. on Saturday only, then repeats at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Fresh Perspectives, hosted by Gail Erb, will air at 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. with guest Kameron Brooks. The topic of discussion will be advanced planning.
Repeat programming is typically re-aired throughout the week at other various time slots.
All programming starts on Saturday, Sept. 1 with the final airing on Friday, Sept. 7.
Access Chautauqua, formerly Access Channel 5, is available to cable viewers in the Chautauqua, Mayville, North Harmony, Portland, Ripley, Sherman, and Westfield areas, and can be found on cable channel 1301.
