The 2018-19 season marks the 12th consecutive year Lake Shore Savings has been the season-wide sponsor for Rockefeller Arts Center.

For the 12th consecutive year, Lake Shore Savings Bank will be the season-wide sponsor for Rockefeller Arts Center at the State University of New York at Fredonia. The Dunkirk-based financial institution has made a $12,000 commitment to support performing arts programs for the 2018-19 season.

Daniel P. Reininga, President and Chief Executive Officer of Lake Shore Savings, said the bank is pleased to continue this “wonderful partnership.”

Originally chartered in 1891, Lake Shore Savings has grown to include 11 branches through Chautauqua and Erie counties. Its corporate headquarters are located at 131 East Fourth St. in Dunkirk.

Rockefeller Arts Center Director Jefferson Westwood said Lake Shore Savings continues to set the standard for corporate sponsorship with this commitment to the arts.

“Lake Shore Savings was our first-ever corporate sponsor and we have enjoyed a wonderful relationship ever since,” Mr. Westwood said. “They have has set the pace as a leading corporate citizen in our region.”

Mr. Westwood noted that Lake Shore Saving’s support of Fredonia goes beyond sponsoring arts programs.
