Brocton man charged in threats toward bank
A Brocton man has been charged after making threats to a Dunkirk financial institution.
On Monday, Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies said Patrick D. Casteel of 5772 Ellicott Road called the Community Bank after-hours phone number and made threats toward Community Bank on Vineyard Drive. Patrick Casteel was interviewed and issued an appearance ticket for second-degree aggravated harassment.
He is to be in Dunkirk Town Court later this month to answer the charge.
