Ripley man, 19, jailed after altercation
RIPLEY — A 19-year-old town resident was taken to jail after an altercation on Thursday night.
Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies report at about 8:17 p.m., they and the Westfield Police Department responded to a physical altercation that occurred at a residence. An investigation of the incident revealed that Isiah T. Fuentes allegedly struck another person and damaged property that did not belong to him.
Fuentes was arrested for second-degree criminal harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Fuentes was taken to Chautauqua County Jail pending arraignment by the Centralized Arraignment Part.
