Dunkirk’s Fieldbrook Foods fundraises for family

Submitted Photo. Andrew Masse, a local 10-year-old boy, is battling brain cancer for the third time and needs your help.

The Fieldbrook Foods family is asking for the community’s help in fundraising for medical expenses for an employee’s child.

Andrew Masse is the 10-year-old son of third shift Maintenance Supervisor Mark Masse. Andrew is battling brain cancer for the third time, and he is considered part of the Fieldbrook Family.

On Friday, April 28, Fieldbrook Foods will be holding a basket raffle to help alleviate some of the medical and day-to-day expenses associated with Andrew’s battle.

While Fieldbrook Foods has also organized a bake sale and has taken up cash donations, employees need your help to accomplish their goal of hosting a basket raffle to raise much-needed additional funds.

The baskets will be located in Human Resources, where you may purchase tickets in advance for your chance to win a gift basket and help Andrew and his family.

Raffle items are being donated by the generous businesses in the community. Your business name will be displayed with your donation to showcase the kindness and generosity of the local community.

You can help Andrew and his family! Your support is key in achieving the goal. Would you consider donating merchandise and/or gift cards to help Fieldbrook Foods achieve its mission?

“We thank you in advance for your support! Your donation is greatly appreciated and will be of great help to the Masse family during this difficult time,” stated a Fieldbrook Foods press release.
