Mobile meth
JAMESTOWN — Two people were taken into custody early Tuesday morning for allegedly having materials to make methamphetamine.
According to State Police, troopers initiated a traffic stop in the City of Jamestown around 1:30 a.m. at 6th and Main Street. While interviewing the occupants of the vehicle, meth-making materials were located.
Troopers arrested Sean D. Barrett, 26 of Dewittville, and Morgan E. Keech, 22 of Stockton, for third-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine (D Felony), second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, driving while intoxicated, and unlawful possession of marijuana.
The New York State Police Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team arrived to remove the dangerous materials from the scene.
