Three family members face drug charges

GOWANDA — Three family members have been charged in the sales of narcotics after a search warrant was conducted at 24 Allen St. in the village.

After a lengthy investigation, conducted by the village police department and Southern Tier Drug Task Force, the Erie County SWAT team responded to the home and made an entry into the residence on Tuesday. A search led to the discovery of suspected narcotics, including heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine and suboxone.

Those charged included:

¯ Nathan Bley, 22, with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree using drug paraphernalia.

¯ Pamela Bley, 55, with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Terry Bley, 57, with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree using drug paraphernalia and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Nathan Bley was arraigned in Collins court and remanded to Erie County Holding Center on $1,500 or $3,000 bail. Pamela Bley was released on an appearance ticket while a warrant was requested for Terry Bley due to a medical emergency suffered during the incident.
