Gail Patricia “Wagman” Russo

Gail Patricia “Wagman” Russo, 73, of Binghamton, NY, went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, September 27, 2017.

Gail was born October 30, 1943 in Dunkirk, NY to the late Charles Wagman and Katherine Capodici.

She attended Fredonia High School and Kent County VoTech, in Dover, Delaware, where she went on to help prepare immigrants with citizenship. She was a woman of many talents including being an artist, a photographer and an author of two published short stories. Gail loved fast cars, Richard Petty and animals. She had a love for horses and was an all around “animal whisperer”. She had many ribbons earned in the Rodeo/Barrel races in the 70’s. Gail owned a kennel where she bred and rescued dogs, and for a short time ran a fish store called an Aquarium from home. She filled her life with numerous jobs and volunteering wherever possible.

Gail is predeceased by her husband Tony Russo. She is survived by her children Timothy Bolling; Patsy Klemens (James Sr.); Catherine Childs (Stan); Desiree Brennan (Tom); Dorian Shevitz (Julie); grandchildren Amanda, Mark, Ryan, Shanon, Timmy, Crystal, Jonathan, Tommy, Melissa, Madeline, Jessica, Jacqueline and Joseph.

At Gail’s request, there will be no services. Remember Everything, Remember Everything, till you learn from it.
