Lee Bryon Nyhart
Lee Bryon Nyhart, age 90, passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at his residence in the Grand Haven Community of Romeoville, IL., formerly of LaGrange and Braidwood IL and Cassadaga, NY. He was born on December 29, 1926 to the late Clarence and Alberta Nyhart of Cassadaga.
A Cemeterian/Director of Cedar Park Cemetery and Fairview Memorial Cemetery, Lee retired in 1998 after many years of service. He was a member and past President of The Metropolitan Chicago Cemetery Officials in 1964. He was also the owner of Lee’s Garden Center in Hungtington Long Island, NY.
He was preceded in death by his wife Inga Borg Nyhart in 1007 and his son Mark Nyhart in 1994, and sister June (Albert) Ball on Brocton, New York.
He is survived by his second wife, Virginia Nyhart, daughters Barbara (late Michael) Sheehan and Tina (Gary) Neubeiser and daughter in law Shannon (late Mark) Nyhart; brother Lyle (late Laura) Nyhart of Cassadaga, sister Demaris (Jim) Steger of Fredonia. Also survived by his grandchildren Kevin, Derrick and Adam Sheehan, Heather Thompson, Grant and Eric Neubeiser, Ashley Nyhart-Mullholland; great- grandchildren Joshua Nyhart, Zoe and Collin Sheehan, Henry and Marshall Thompson and numerous nieces and nephews.
Burial took place at Concordia Cemetery, Forest Park, IL., on September 23, 2017.
