Juana Ponce-Felix
Juana Ponce-Felix, formerly of Fredonia, NY, died at Brooks Memorial Hospital, on March 17, 2018, following a short illness. She was born in Vieques, Puerto Rico on March 13, 1930 to the late Franciso Ponce and Aurelie Felix. She was 88 years of age at the time of her death.
Juana was married to the late Victor Carrasquillo and was a homemaker who attended to the care of the family.
She is survived by her son, Victor (Rosa M. Sanchez) Carrasquillo-Felix of Fredonia, NY. Juana is further survived by 6 grandchilcren, 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Juana was predeceased by her son, two sisters and a brother.
Her funeral service will be private and her interment will be in Vieques, Puerto Rico.
