Salvatore P. Favata Jr. died Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the Chautauqua Nursing and Rehab Center, Dunkirk, NY, after a long illness. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 26, 2018 at The Fantauzzi Funeral Home, 82 East Main St., Fredonia, NY.
