Donations spur summer reading

Editor, OBSERVER:

The Anderson-Lee Library in Silver Creek is deeply grateful to the following businesses and individuals, who through donations, grants, and gifts helped our library offer a fun, educational, and rewarding summer reading experience.

These include: Silver Creek Kiwanis Club, Friends of Anderson-Lee Library, Just Pets, Frosty Treat, Food King, Busy Bees Daycare, Community Bank, NA, Gallivan Floor Sanding, India Phillips Foundation, McF Livestock, Shevlin’s Auto Tec, Gary’s Stump Grinding, Robin’s Nest, Valvo’s Candy, Tim Allaire, Village of Silver Creek, Cabana Sam’sm SCCS Football Boosters Clubm Sportsman Restaurant, Sunset Grill, Little Guy’s, Ellie’s Deli, Spoke Folk, Lake Shore Savings Bank and Raising Dough for Kids (Pizza Hut)

Your support enabled us to give away over 200 books to the children registered for summer reading, expand our LEGO collection, offer entertaining and educational programs, host a bicycle safety clinic, and purchase and install a bike rack for community use. Each and every one of you certainly facilitated our ability to impart the theme of “Build a Better World” to our community.

Thank you!
