No excuses allowed

I'm going to miss my favorite show.
I have too much to do today.
I'm sore from yesterday's workout.
Laying on this comfy couch sounds better than working out.
These four excuses on why one does not workout are just that — Excuses.
How do I know? These are four excuses I have used before. I am the first one to tell you that working out every day is not easy. Sometimes getting the motivation to go to the gym five days a week comes in spurts. Some weeks you are motivated to get to the gym on a daily basis while other weeks, it is a struggle to get yourself to the gym twice during the week. The one thing I have learned through the past four months of Nate Built SpeciFX is if you make it a habit to go to the gym two or three weeks in a row, it becomes less of a burden and more of a routine.
A convenient aspect of Nate Built SpeciFX is how little time you need to complete a workout. If you have 90 minutes, you have time to do a workout. The weight training can be completed in 20 minutes. The cardio training takes the most time, but is also a great form to relieve stress. It can also ease depression, reduce anxiety and aid in relaxation. To make time for the workouts, I wake up 30 minutes early and I have moved my treadmill into the living room so I can watch my favorite show and run at the same time.
Steiger is the creator of Nate Built SpeciFX. He is a soon to be professional body builder residing in Forestville. He has taken first-place at the 2010 Erik Fankhouser National Physique Committee (NPC). In his first ever show, he earned the title Mr. Buffalo as he he took home trophies in every division that he was in, including the Men's overall novice and open championships. He also won the NPC Rochester as he won every possible trophy there. He placed 13th in the Country and then 8th in the Continent at subsequent shows.
On top of all that, he sure knows what he is talking about when it comes to weight loss tips. With two weeks left in the four-month program, I have now lost 40 pounds.
