Race for Congress

It will be a new face for Chautauqua County next year in Congress.

Democrat Nate Shinagawa is battling incumbent Tom Reed for the seat in the House of Representatives in the 23rd District. Both candidates were at The Post-Journal in Jamestown for a debate, which touched on three issues: the NRG plant in Dunkirk, the U.S. deficit and bipartisanship.
