A speech for 'hope'

Nate Shinagawa made a special return to Dunkirk last week.
The former candidate for Congress from Tompkins County was the keynote speaker of the Dunkirk-Fredonia National Association for the Advancement of Colored People Dr. Martin Luther King luncheon that was attended by about 150 people at the Dunkirk Moose.
