Marcia, the reason that businesses close here is the harsh (and that's being VERY polite) anti-business environment in NY, period. Quit whining that a company bought a company with a plant in a completely unfriendly state (NY) and took its recipes, ideas and went elsewhwhere. You should be SCREAMING BLOODY MURDER at the politicos who made the state you live in so anti-jobs and soooo pro-dependent, with all of the resources available in NY that industry/business could take advantage of, it's a crime what the left has allowed NY to devolve into.

VOSR, it'snot a question of what the incubator does, but what it brings to the table for an economy that cannot afford to gamble away at endless longshot causes. It has provided no positive growth, no meanongful jobs, no promise of future returns, nothing. Just conjecture, speculation and vagueness.
