When the stte and federal governments give aid to local governmnts they are actually subsidizing a very inefficient structure of management. They are also subsidizing public sector unions. Whether the taxes are local, state or federal it is all money coming from our own pockets. The result - people are moving from high taxed states and buines is manufacturing overseas.
