It's too bad that what was part of the "township" and was allowed to be plowed by the Village, we now have to ask big brother if it's okay. We as a soceity need to change this type of thinking and think for every good deed we need to worry about being sued. We did being neighborly loose it's appeal? What is wrong with us?
