Not bad! $60,000 for a P/T job. I realize the last chief operator suddenly retired, but it wasn't completely unexpected since he was nearing retirement after 34 yrs of service.
Wouldn't it have been wiser to have one of the current shift operators become certified, knowing that Lancaster was nearing retirement?
