Troopers arrest man found sleeping in car with needle in his arm

How very sad. I hope he is sent..mandated...to rehab. He is so young, and seems to be so addicted. In a way thanks the police came,.he was nodding out, maybe on his way to an OD.

Addiction is a serious ILLNESS. It needs to be treated, not punished. I read a study awhile back that indicated that rehab works as well whether someone enters it on their own, or forced as part of the court sentence. If this is true, perhaps sentencing him to rehab will save his young life.
