I don't know if it's the Observer's usual poor writing or if they were quoting the clerk. If the reporter is quoting the clerk she sounds like an idiot. If those were her exact words it's no wonder Dunkirk makes the decisions they do. My question is why did you think Dick was so bad given what Dolce has done so far. I'm not saying Dick was the greatest mayor but Dolce seems way out of his intelligent range.

I do find it very amazing how it was shown so many cuts were made in several departments and we're supposed to be on a bare-bones budget (I think those were the words) that we find money to do this now. It may be a grant but also find it hard to believe $800 will cover everything. Remember they only tell you what they WANT you to hear. There is a catch here...maybe now now but down the line...mark my words!!!

Benny1,it not news when the passing of the bond was already a slam dunk, what you want is already understood by many, higher fees, taxes, wages and spending will be the legacy of this administration, what would be real news is what went on in the special executive session after,ah open goverment at its finest

This paper is a joke anyone know what happened with the 4.4 million bond resolution at this meeeting I can see why an $800 expense in a $20 million dollar budget take the headline not an additional $4.4 million in borrowing
