don't worry right or wrong the city will pony up the bucks,they don't know how not to,$40,000 here,$40,000 there,here a $40,000,there a $40.000 every where a $40,000.........

the Councilperson at large never ceases to amaze at how ignorant she is. The problem with this area as a whole is the attitude of we shouldn't have to pay anything. God forbid we work together to improve the area please let it fall apart over $6000 - that way after the city neglects its water system for another 20 years we all can pay to bond another $20 million on our own to do the bare minimium required.

The big problem is Dunkirk in charge. Given how they run their City why would anyone want them to be in charge of a project as big as this.
