I got back in town from a Jamestown Dr appt at about 5:30 p.m. & the cops were all over the place on Eagle St & Pelican St between 3rd & 4th st. Officers were standing at corners,in the middle of Pelican st,going in & out of peoples yards.Talking with a few residents. They even had either the firemen from the Eagle st dept or some of their own men up on the fire dept's roof/ both levels of it looking around. The perp ran the tracks & the cops didn't even know it.I along with 2 other people saw this but did not know anything was wrong or didn't see the cops & their cars yet. It's said don't judge a book by its cover>> I'm not here to judge this man.But I do have an opinion as to his appearance. He looks much older than 35/appears to be high on a drug-probably ****** & he prob. broke into homes & stole to support his habit.Hopefully he will get sentenced to the fullest extent of the law.I pray whatever items were recovered get returned to their rightf

I can verify that this man is not an illegal. I know who he is, but did not know this side of him. We used to be somewhat good friends, but this is crazy and I know I wouldn't bail him out of jail for this! He deserves what he gets!
