Man drives 105 mph, charged with DWI

RANDOLPH — A Jamestown man is facing driving while intoxicated charges after he was clocked by troopers driving at a speed of 105 mph on Interstate 86....

The only way that the state can stop him from driving again is if they keep a set of iron bars between him and a steering wheel. Increasingly, we're seeing that having a valid license, insurance, registration and inspection are irrelevant factors when it comes to getting behind the wheel.

He'll never drive again. The state will make sure of that. Unfortunately that will probably put him on welfare and medicaid. But then government will make sure everyone is safe.

They should have also charged him with "Driving While Stupid."

Good thing he didn't hit/hurt anybody...
