He'll never drive again. The state will make sure of that. Unfortunately that will probably put him on welfare and medicaid. But then government will make sure everyone is safe.

The only way that the state can stop him from driving again is if they keep a set of iron bars between him and a steering wheel. Increasingly, we're seeing that having a valid license, insurance, registration and inspection are irrelevant factors when it comes to getting behind the wheel.
