I have an idea! Why not SELL the naming rights to buildings! Maybe then Gowanda could afford to train their children to cross the streets without anyone else's tax money involved!! You could have "The Gowanda Harley Gymnasium", or the "Jubilee Library", why the possibilities are endless!
