Courses in limbo?

This is a crying shame. A great example of how the middle class takes yet another hit. My guess is that most people taking these classes are misplaced workers (middle class) and older citizens who long since left the working world and are trying to better themselves (middle class). The rich hire people to teach them; the poor have it paid for by the government, and our scrappy, stoic, nose-to-the-grindstone, blue collar, undaunted, uncomplaining, two dollar bettor goes to the public library to better themselves, and, woops, that money isn't well spent. Come on people, we have to take better care of our middle. They built this country, defended its freedom, raised its children all without a complaint. Perhaps we could get a few of our retired professionals to start a grant-writing program. The area is poor enough to qualify for many grants. Christopher and Judeye come to mind, and I'm sure there are many more.
