Wow! I love this idea! Good Luck to you Ms. Oakes; you rock! If you ever want to bring your truck to Nashville, TN., I know some great spots. I have friends with a food truck, and people down here flock to these trucks. There's probably 7-8 trucks with different types food--Thai, Mexican, Southern, etc. I'm sure your idea would go over even bigger. Again, good luck!
