Vinciguerra will not be there. Poor start. If he can't show up for this what else won't he show up for?? He ran before and lost. He was tight with Sullivan and the crew working behind closed doors to merge with the Town of Pomfret. He doesn't have my vote.

Thank You to the League for once again providing an opportunity for the voters to clearly get to know the candidates, their views on the community and how they would act as trustee.

We are fortunate to have a League in our area that works tirelessly to help us in the community become INFORMED voters. Thank You League!

These LWV debates aren't as valuable as some think. The candidates tell the public one thing to win their trust & support, then do another AFTER they're in office.

If we're more informed voters (thanks to the LWV), how did we end up with such a disgraceful group of reps who call themselves the CCLeg?

This is the workings of all politicians. Lip service to get elected. Also the voting public votes for every reason but the right reason. He/She is Dem/Rep. He/She is kind. He/She is a certain nationality and so on and so on.
