Nancy, How much does the Village owe on the last firetruck? ZERO! yes ZERO! I guess if Anna bought Damon's instead of Bentges, the Village could purchase a standard size firetruck instead of a retro-fit truck which is much more expensive. Great Planning on her part.

There is no licensing for building code enforcement officers. Only Home Inspectors, which is completely different.
Take a 55 hour course and pass a short exam and you become a certified building inspector. The Observer article is incorrect.
