It would seem to me that this group would be out there looking to bring jobs to the area. It looks like people seek them out...and ask for money.

If this project was such a great idea it would be done with private funds but if it's a gamble look for public funds.

Hmm process waste right in town, sounds like a good idea? Done in Europe? the French also flush their waste from train toilets right on the tracks, and I bet none of these are done right in town centers in Europe. Does anyone remember the garbage train? Maybe mark will build a house right next door? then we should consider
