Why would a felon choose Dunkirk to hide in? Why not a larger city like New York city? Wonder how many more felons are living the good life in the city. Had he had an up to date registration he most likely would have grown old and bilked the state out of quite a bit of money. Looks like Dunkirk is not the sleepy little city it used to be.
