I think the Board needs to engage in some deep work to consider what is in the best interest of this community. People come to the hospital at their most vulnerable & it is the Board's responsibility to assure their safety and well being. Off the cuff statements about supporting current inadequate leadership is irresponsible. They need to revisit what it means to be a BOD member and to remember that it is their responsibility to really care. If you don't have the time or deep commitment...you really should leave the role.

I have had the pleasure of working for Linda and (unfortunately) Jonathan for some time now and her leadership is above reproach and always demonstrates analytical thinking. She is a great leader. Sounds like your feelings were hurt, tellitall. Curious to know what YOUR hand is in this pot.

The medical floor and the ICU are currently run by a manager with less than 5 years’ experience. She is receiving directions from a bully that has NO clinical experience, so why would one expect anything less? At any given day you can walk on that medical floor and hear the manager reprimanding staff across the nurses’ station. As a customer/family member I walked up to the nurses’ station and heard the nurse manager discussing disciplines of other staff with staff members, and when I asked a nurse what that was all about I was told “She does that all the time.” In the past this hospital was ran by professionals. Does the board really care? Will they take a real look into the devastating changes?

My question is for the Board and Christopher Lanski. Who say .There is “urgent pressures of healthcare” and “Board officials have also expressed their confidence in the remaining executive leadership team to face those challenges at LERHSNY facilities. Those facilities include Brooks Memorial Hospital in Dunkirk, Lake Shore Health Care Center in Irving, and the various outpatient facilities of TLC Health Network” Tell the Community WHO has been watching over the Lake Shore Campus closely this past 14 months, as Jonathan was building his own Kingdom?? He hired a COO who has been a Bully, Tyrant, and downright nasty since the day she entered the doors, with little to no regards to whom she mows over in her endeavors. When employees go with questions to her she tells them if they don’t like it there’s the door. Her threats have been many, and according to “Rumor” Jonathan kept her because she is “good with numbers and bottom lines

“ Look at the evidence. Patient satisfaction is low, employees’ morale is at an all-time low, the medical floor and the ICU have probably NO more than five nurses in total with over five years’ experience. They are in process of a union coming in as we speak and 99.9 % of experienced staff has left in the past 14 months…including but not limited to managers she hired, managers Jonathan hired, managers and supervisors that had 20+ years vested in Lake Shore Hospital. When is someone going to step in for the Community Lake Shore Serves, so they can go back to receiving the service they deserve?? Mr. Lanski … don’t be deceived or mislead by her accomplishments… she appears to be achieving a great deal with the renovations at Lake Shore, which is really moneys that was obtained by previous administrations and initiated by Jonathan. When will she be stopped? Does the board really know or are they simply holding a blind eye because of bottom lines? Is this what health care hascometo?

Glad to see him go, I had an issue at Lake Shore Hospital, it took me two months to even get him to call me back, He finally did only after I said that I would be standing in front of the hospital the following day with a sign. He just doesnt care enough to be in this position. Thank the Lord that Mr. Wild was kind enough to take care and concern for my issue.

Ah say it like it is. He was a stuck up, a-hole with a little man complex that everyone couldn't work with. Should have booted him years ago.
