Oh poor poor Foremen. Blah Blah Blah.. He collected a paycheck. By the way there are five additional d.p.w. employees besides him that would have assisted during the flood if he would have shared the overtime he received with them. The only praise that should be given are the thousands of hours the volunteers gave during this devastation.

Good luck to Mr. Reed. I think he is giving lip service to what he thinks people want to hear. Even if he is sincere he can't win.
