Call it what you want Mr. Editor, but if the sales tax that everyone pays were to be lowered by .5%, the property tax that is only paid by property owners would have to be increased nearly $1.00 per $1000 assessment to make up the difference.

The tax thing mentioned by the editor is part of the grand plan by govt to tax their way to the promised land of govt benefits and solutions to all problems , seen and unforeseen. the public employees so loved by posters christopher, judeye and others will solve everthything, or so the mind of a liberal thinks. It will not work, but libs are cognitive disabled. So everyday i genuflect 5X a day in the general direction of my town govt and then washington.
