I’ve said it before, shuffling money back and forth between accounts reminds me of a game of three card Monte. It is intended to confuse the unaware so that they can be cheated. It is used to spend money where it is not budgeted, and to hide the actual cost of activity budgeted or not. Where do you think the money comes from?

Lots of time I have 125K hanging around and do not know where it came from. Do not look too hard. You might find out you owe that money not have it. Some system there.
