So Nushawn Williams was committed to prison for 12 years, plus an additional two, because Chautauqua County had an image problem? This is what this article says: ". . . and bad weather," very funny. And now, because of the overwhelming hysteria stirred up by this case 15 years ago, the state attorney general is trying to commit him to a psychiatric facility pretty much indefinitely to save face for everyone involved (except the defendant, of course). . . . And let's not forget the PR nightmare for the makers of these tests and treatments. Before it's over, it's going to be PR Armageddon for the U.S. military's health administration, which is the most likely reason why Gregory Hendricks did not return phone calls. For every dirt bag there is a lawyer who will stop at nothing to get his client off! He believed he was HIV positive and willingly tried to infect others. If you buy what you believe is cocaine and resell it you are guilty of possession or at least intent

"Nushawn just accepted the truth that he had the virus" Please, Mr. Nuchereno. The issue here is that Nushawn was told he was infected and then KNOWINGLY infected others. Whether he has it or not, he was intentional in spreading it. Let's not make him a hero now because he allegedly doesn't have the virus.
