The reason there was a lack of a quorum was because no one recieved a notice of the meeting for the DLDC. I as a member, Usually get an agenda e-mailed along with the minutes of the last meeting and financal reports. There was no meeting in April because of the lack business per Steve Neratko.Even though it was noted in the civic calendar of the Observer I didn't recieve the proper notice.

Waste of government money; what are we trying to accomplish? The city acts like developers are lined up to buy this land. The only people who are making out are the out of town vendors, consultants, etc.

Mr. Neratko states that “not a whole lot going on in the parking lot”- obviously he doesn’t get out much. This is the busiest time of the year.

Just what the people like to see when they are eating dinner on the deck of Demetris. No business sense whatsoever. Is it no wonder why no one shows up for his meetings, what are they going to talk about, the DEC?
