If this is the water chestnut I think it is, it has some great chemicals in it to resist the water it is soaking in.Aromatics ,one of the best there are. i wish I could see exactly what is growing or an exact ID of the plant. Who could not love aromatics or heavies as they are sometimes called. they smell so good.
