This is not a little thing. It is a big thing to accomplish, and sets the right example for the rest of the county. Mr. Edwards is working to market the County Home to a good buyer and get rid of the Dunkirk Airport. Both of these government entities are bleeding the county dry day by day. He is working for Chaut. Co. right up until the end of his tenure. Not many elected officials would do that.

Seriously, is this the best he can do before he leaves office. All this personal and money involved for a few signs to say no smoking on Chautauqua County Property. It a great idea and I applaud the effort but really. Like you are going to enforce this policy outside of DSS. Good luck on that one. The though is great but unless you have someone policing it in some locations it will not matter.
