People need to realize that the primary duty of police is to obtain as much information about all the citizens in the community in which they serve. If your ever stopped at a stop light with a cop behind you, that cop is running your plate and accessing all your information in local and state databases.

DNA sampling is not something that is used in Mexico, Canada, Russia, Japan or China. That says alot about the state of our rights and freedoms in this country..people died for these rights? They died for myths...and heros don't die for myths. And notice that DNA is collected upon arrest, prior to conviction. What happens if you are found not guilty or the charge is dismissed? You guessed the government will still keep your DNA and information. I'm sure Hitler would have loved to have this power to arrest someone and capture their DNA without due process. What do we thank our veterans for?
