Actually taxpayer he pretty much endorsed the plan and for the reasons you cited,my vote goes somewhere else!

Well, that's a GREAT plan ...for the colleges. Where are the incentives to get businesses to open up in the other 27 towns and the city of Dunkirk? Where is the economic development in the downtown areas? No offense to Mr. Johnson since this wasn't his plan, but if the colleges are little cities, what's the benefit to the rest of the county? And where are these businesses being housed? I thought college was for higher education.

I was willing to listen to Mr Johnson and since he is a businessman give consideration to voting for him,emphasize WAS!
