so the City leadership does it again. Residents were lead to believe from the Council meeting that these guys were getting $1,000 per month to overall operate Access 12 and NOW they are billing the City another $500?? Anything additional....shouldn't that come from their ownn pockets? This City is so stupid!They wanted the contract. BTW I have yet to see anything other than a crawl from Fredonia
